The space is very inviting and Lara was so great at informing me about the pressure points and how they relate to the organs in the body. It was incredibly relaxing and I felt so rested that night and the next day. I've already booked my next appointment(s). Highly recommend.

Every time I walk in, it's always calm and quiet plus lovely scents are in the air; light ones like lavender or amethyst, it's not overpowering by any stretch but more beautifully relaxing. The music playing is befitting a place of letting go, unwinding and definitely for relaxation. My favourite treatments are the Grounded Sole and Roots & Above however I had a relaxation facial yesterday which was sublime. Check it out, you will not regret it!
